Harbor Labs AI started with a simple observation: good local businesses were losing work because nobody could get to the phone. Not because they didn't care. They were on a roof, with a patient, or in court. We're two builders from New England who got tired of watching small businesses pay for software they never had time to set up. So we set it up for them: an AI front desk that answers every call, a website that turns visitors into booked jobs, and simple automations that follow up so the owner doesn't have to.
The team
- Mike Redler, Co-Founder: Mike designs and builds Harbor's AI front desks, websites, and automations, and he's the person who tunes your system every month.
- Jeremy Braddock, Co-Founder: Jeremy comes from customer-facing retail sales in telecom, helping everyday customers choose and set up technology. He makes sure your AI front desk is set up the way your customers actually talk, and he's who you call when you want a change.
- Rolando Wallace, Business Development: Rolando leads business development for Harbor across New England. He builds relationships with local business owners, trade groups, and referral partners, and introduces them to Harbor's AI front desk and website services.
