Harbor Labs AI

Never lose a new client to voicemail again.

Harbor's AI Front Desk answers new-client calls day and night, collects intake details, screens out matters you don't handle, and books consultations on your calendar. Urgent matters go straight to an attorney.

Half of firms can't be reached

  • In Clio's secret-shopper study of 500 law firms, only 40% answered the phone and 33% replied to email. Overall, 48% couldn't be reached. (Clio Legal Trends)
  • 28% of calls to legal businesses were missed in CallRail's 2025 data. (CallRail 2025 data via Local Call)
  • People call several firms. The one that answers and books first usually gets the client.

What it handles for you

  • New-matter intake: Practice area, basic facts, date of incident, county or court, deadlines, and contact details. Your questions, in your order.
  • Practice-area screening: Politely refers out matters you don't take, and can give your referral list if you want.
  • Conflict-check info: Collects the names of opposing parties so your team can run conflicts before the consult. The AI does not run conflicts.
  • Consult booking: Books into your calendar, and can integrate with your practice-management or intake software where supported. We confirm your platform (Clio Grow, Lawmatics, MyCase and others) on the audit.
  • Urgent routing: "Arrested tonight" or "hearing tomorrow" transfers live or texts the on-call attorney.
  • Existing clients: Takes a message and routes it to the right paralegal. It doesn't discuss case details.
  • After-hours web chat: Captures the same intake on your website.

Built with professional obligations in mind

  • The assistant does not give legal advice, and its scripts state that no attorney-client relationship is created by the call.
  • No outcome promises. You review and approve all language before launch.
  • Intake data goes to your systems. We keep only what's needed to run the service.
  • Your firm stays responsible for complying with your state's professional conduct rules. We build to your instructions.
