You can. You'll write, test, and maintain the script yourself. We do the setup, integrations, monthly tuning, and reporting, and we guarantee the launch and the first month.

Will it sound like a robot?

It uses a natural-sounding AI voice, and you approve the greeting and script before launch. We don't pretend it's a person: if someone asks, it says it's your virtual assistant. Callers can ask for a human at any time, and urgent calls transfer to your phone.

Is it HIPAA compliant?

For HIPAA-covered practices we use voice infrastructure that signs a Business Associate Agreement, sign our own BAA with you, turn on redaction, and limit the AI to scheduling and general questions. Compliance depends on the whole setup, so we review it with you before launch.

What if I go over my minutes?
